These terms explain how you may use AllPicture, including connected photo sources, encrypted storage, AI-assisted organization, sharing, publishing, credits, and beta access.

1. About AllPicture

AllPicture is a privacy-first photo orchestration service for bringing scattered photo and video libraries into one organized library. The service may include the public website, waitlist, support forms, web app, desktop app, mobile apps, sync agents, cloud functions, local indexing, encrypted storage, AI-assisted cleanup, sharing, Family Hub features, and publishing workflows.

These terms apply when you visit the AllPicture website, join the waitlist, create an account, connect a source, upload or sync media, use AI or cleanup features, create share links, publish through a connected account, or otherwise use AllPicture. If a separate written agreement applies to your account, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

2. Accounts, eligibility, and beta access

You must provide accurate account, waitlist, billing, and support information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account, including activity by people you invite or devices you authorize.

Some AllPicture features are offered as private beta, preview, staged rollout, or early-access features. Beta features may change, pause, lose data, or be removed while we improve the service. We may limit signups, invites, storage, credits, connected providers, or feature availability by region, platform, plan, or technical readiness.

3. Your content and permissions

Your photos, videos, albums, captions, metadata, edits, and generated library records remain yours. You give AllPicture the limited permission needed to host, transmit, encrypt, decrypt on your authorized devices, index, thumbnail, preview, deduplicate, classify, tag, transform, back up, restore, share, publish, and otherwise process your content only to provide and protect the service and the features you choose to use.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions required to upload, import, sync, share, or publish content through AllPicture. Do not use AllPicture to process unlawful content, violate privacy or publicity rights, infringe intellectual property, bypass provider rules, or harm another person or system.

4. Connected sources and providers

AllPicture may let you connect phones, WhatsApp media folders, local folders, NAS locations, iCloud Photos, Dropbox, Google Photos, OneDrive, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and similar sources or publishing destinations. Availability depends on platform approval, provider API limits, your permissions, and the plan or app version you use.

When you connect a third-party provider, you authorize AllPicture to use the access tokens, scopes, account identifiers, cursors, file references, thumbnails, media URLs, and metadata needed to perform the import, sync, preview, publishing, revocation, or account-management workflow you requested. Your use of a provider remains subject to that provider's terms and policies, and providers may change or remove API access at any time.

5. Privacy, encryption, and recovery

The Privacy Policy explains what AllPicture collects and how it is used. AllPicture is designed around privacy-first and edge-first processing, but not every path has the same encryption model. Secure Vault uploads and desktop encrypted sync paths use client-side encryption before cloud storage when enabled. Family Route courier flows use sealed packets. Some standard or legacy web upload paths may store media without zero-knowledge encryption unless Secure Vault or another encrypted mode is explicitly active.

You are responsible for preserving recovery keys, device credentials, platform keychain access, and account recovery information. If content is protected by zero-knowledge or client-held keys and those keys are lost, AllPicture may be unable to recover the underlying originals for you.

6. AI, cleanup, search, and automated organization

AllPicture may generate thumbnails, Smart Proxies, embeddings, duplicate clusters, best-version recommendations, tags, face clusters, person labels, clutter filters, location or object suggestions, AI edits, render candidates, Shield Review results, and search indexes. These features are tools to help you organize and review your library. They can be incomplete or wrong.

You remain responsible for reviewing important AI or automation results before deleting, hiding, sharing, publishing, relying on, or exporting content. AllPicture may prioritize local AI where possible, and may use cloud processing for selected features, safety checks, rendering, support, or infrastructure when necessary to provide the feature.

7. Sharing, Family Hub, and publishing

If you create share links, route media to family members, approve Family Hub workflows, publish reels, or post through connected accounts, you are choosing to make that content available to recipients or third-party platforms. Check recipients, permissions, privacy settings, captions, account destinations, and generated outputs before sending or publishing.

AllPicture may offer takedown, revoke-link, pause, retry, or audit features, but we cannot guarantee that a recipient or third-party platform will delete copies that were already downloaded, cached, indexed, reposted, or otherwise stored outside AllPicture.

8. Plans, credits, storage, and billing

AllPicture may offer free, trial, beta, paid, credit-based, storage-based, or usage-based plans. Credits may be used for storage, sync, AI analysis, cleanup, rendering, publishing, or other resource-intensive features. Credit values, plan limits, rollover behavior, throttling, and included features may change before or after launch.

Paid billing may be handled by Paddle or another payment processor. You authorize the processor to charge applicable subscription, usage, tax, and renewal amounts for the plan you select. Unless the checkout or mandatory law says otherwise, fees are not refundable once a paid period or usage has started.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse AllPicture, interfere with the service, attack or probe infrastructure without permission, reverse engineer restricted parts of the software, abuse provider APIs, exceed rate limits, upload malware, scrape data, impersonate others, process content you are not allowed to process, or use the service to violate law or platform rules.

We may investigate, throttle, suspend, disable, delete, or report activity when needed to protect users, providers, infrastructure, payment integrity, legal compliance, or the security of the service.

10. Service changes and availability

AllPicture is evolving quickly. We may add, change, remove, pause, rename, or limit features, providers, platforms, storage locations, AI models, prices, credits, release channels, or technical requirements. We try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of any provider integration, or error-free results.

You should keep independent backups of important originals. AllPicture is not a substitute for your own backup strategy unless a plan or written agreement expressly says so.

11. Termination

You may stop using AllPicture at any time and may request account deletion through the available account or support paths. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, misuse connected providers, or if we must comply with legal, security, or provider requirements.

After termination, we may retain limited records where needed for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, legal compliance, backups, dispute handling, or enforcement, as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and liability

AllPicture is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the service will meet every need, detect every duplicate, preserve every file, identify every person correctly, block every unsafe share, or publish successfully to every third-party platform.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AllPicture and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, provider outages, AI mistakes, or content decisions made by you or third parties. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product, providers, laws, and launch plans change. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the website, app, email, account flow, or another reasonable method. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
