AllPicture is designed around plans and credits for storage and AI actions. Controlled Private Beta access is handled conservatively and is not meant to create surprise charges. If you see an unexpected payment, billing, plan, or charge screen, do not enter payment details; pause and contact support.
Credit limits are intended to pause heavy background work before a user is surprised by extra activity. Your library should remain viewable, and original files on your own devices and connected sources are not deleted by AllPicture. During Private Beta, contact support if a credit or billing state blocks your path.
Account recovery requires care because private archives should stay under user control. AllPicture can guide you through the available recovery path for the tested scenario, but you should never send passwords, authentication codes, recovery secrets, or private media in a support message.
The public app is not available yet because AllPicture is still in private beta preparation. Join the waitlist with an email address to reserve your spot; we will notify you when beta access opens for your cohort. No photo upload or library access is needed to join.

Include a short description, the page or step where it happened, your device/browser if known, the approximate time, expected vs. actual result, and any visible error text. Screenshots help only when redacted. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment details, private photos, original media, or recovery secrets.
Pause if you see missing media, unexpected deletion, account access loss, a privacy or security warning, or any payment or billing screen you did not expect. Do not retry import, sync, delete, move, reconnect, payment, or source-changing steps until support has classified the case.
Keep your original files and existing backups unchanged. During early access, AllPicture should be treated as a guided organizer and evaluation path, not as your only archive copy. If anything appears to change an original file, backup, or source, pause and contact support.
