Support FAQ
Safe ways to contact AllPicture Support and what to include before you send a request.

How do I contact AllPicture Support?
You can reach AllPicture Support through the help form on allpicture.ai or by email at mail@allpicture.ai. Please choose the most relevant category when available so your request can be reviewed by the right team.
What information should I include in a support request?
Include a short description, the approximate date and time, your device, operating system, browser or app version if known, and the last steps before the issue occurred. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment details, private photos, original media files, or cloud login details.
What does support prioritization mean?
Prioritization means we review incoming requests in an order based on urgency and risk, such as possible data loss, security concerns, unexpected payment or billing screens, or account access issues. It does not promise a specific response time.
What should private beta users know before using AllPicture?
During the private beta, please keep your originals and existing backups unchanged. Do not use AllPicture as your only photo archive during this phase, and contact support if anything looks unexpected.
Where should I report a security concern?
Please report security vulnerabilities or concerns to security@allpicture.ai. Include a short summary, the affected URL or app version, and steps to reproduce if available. Redact sensitive data, and do not send passwords, tokens, one-time codes, private media, original media files, or cloud login details.
